Yes. Arc Property Services is a licensed residential contractor under ROC#342551, bonded, and insured.
Do I need to be home? +
Not always. I work with cabin and vacation-home owners who coordinate access remotely. I complete the approved work and send photos when the job is done.
What areas do you serve? +

What's covered by the warranty? +
Every approved job includes a 2-year workmanship warranty. If an installation or repair fails because of my workmanship within two years, I come back and fix it at no charge.
