What is your pricing model?

We offer flat-rate pricing with a $225 minimum service fee covering labor. This ensures upfront, predictable costs without the surprise of additional charges.

Do you charge a trip charge?

No, we don't charge a separate trip fee. At Arc Property Services, our service fee is all-inclusive, covering the labor cost of the service provided.

Do you charge for an estimate?

We provide free estimates if there's enough information provided, and we can typically offer an estimate within 24 to 48 hours, often immediately for straightforward tasks. However, if an onsite inspection or detailed consultation is needed due to insufficient information, we charge a $125 consultation fee. Please Note: This fee is credited back to you if you decide to hire us for the job.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured for carpentry, remodeling, and repairs, ensuring professional and compliant service for both residential and commercial projects. ROC#342551 ROC#345189

What services do you provide?

We offer handyman, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint, security solutions (including Ring device setups), repairs, maintenance, and full renovations. We do not offer roof repair, HVAC, or pool repair.

Do you deal with insurance companies?

No, we do not deal with insurance companies directly. However, we can provide you with a detailed estimate to facilitate your insurance claim process. Payment is required upfront by the homeowner, and it is their responsibility to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. We do not handle insurance payments directly.
