Standard fixture replacement is $125-$175. Heavier or more complex fixtures (chandeliers, large pendants) range $200-$300. Recessed LED retrofits are $125 for the first light and $85 per light after that. Price confirmed before work starts.
Yes. I assess the junction box, upgrade it to a rated box if needed, and install the fixture securely. Chandeliers, pendant clusters, and multi-bulb fixtures are all within scope.
