What if we only want selected repairs priced?
You control the scope. If your buyer wants only the negotiation items carried forward, text the changes and the estimate can be narrowed to the repairs that actually matter for the deal.
Do we need to hire Arc for the repair work too?
No. This service stands on its own as an estimate deliverable. If the buyer later wants Arc to perform the work and scheduling lines up, the scope is already familiar. If not, there is no obligation.
