Why pay for this when other tools claim to estimate for free?
Because negotiation-grade pricing and algorithm-grade pricing are not the same thing. Free tools typically use broad averages. Arc Estimate Pro is reviewed from the actual inspection report by a licensed Arizona contractor using local rates and real scope.
That gives your agent a number they can defend when the seller pushes back.
How is this different from RepairPricer or BOSSCAT?

How fast will the estimate come back?
Submit before noon Arizona time and I will deliver your estimate by the end of the day, or it is free. After noon, delivery is within 24 hours.
Can you handle reports from any inspector?
The full report estimate prices every line item in the inspection report. It also includes one later summary of items I've already priced, chosen by you or your agent. New findings or changed scope are quoted separately. Fixing my own errors is free.
What if we only want selected repairs priced?
You control the scope. If your buyer wants only the negotiation items carried forward, text the changes and the estimate can be narrowed to the repairs that actually matter for the deal.
Do we need to hire Arc for the repair work too?
No. This service stands on its own as an estimate deliverable. If the buyer later wants Arc to perform the work and scheduling lines up, the scope is already familiar. If not, there is no obligation.
