Yes. A large portion of my work is for cabin and vacation homeowners who are not on-site. I coordinate access, complete the work, and send you before-and-after photos so you know exactly what was done. You don’t need to be here.
Whatever works for you. Lockbox codes, hidden keys, garage codes, or a neighbor with a spare. I confirm access details before the scheduled date and let you know once I’m inside and when I’ve locked up and left.
I serve Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low, Arizona. Same flat-rate pricing in both communities, no travel surcharge.
I don’t do winterizations, drain-downs, or freeze-prep. What I do handle is repairs, installations, and upgrades that keep your cabin in great shape between visits. Faucets, toilets, electrical, drywall, painting, smart home, doors, and more.
Every job gets before-and-after photo documentation sent directly to you. You’ll see exactly what was done. All work is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If something I installed fails due to my workmanship, I correct it at no charge.
Most jobs are completed in a single visit within 1-3 hours depending on scope. From estimate to scheduled visit is typically within a few days, depending on the season. I’ll give you a clear timeline upfront.
