Ring camera installation for homes and cabins in Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low. Doorbells, floodlight cams, spotlight cams, and smart locks, wired or wireless. Installed right the first time. Connected and working before I leave.
Simple, reliable smart home devices installed by a licensed contractor. Every install includes setup, Wi-Fi connection, and testing before I leave.
Prices are for labor. Devices and hardware quoted separately if not customer-supplied. $199 minimum service visit applies.
Over 60% of Pinetop-Lakeside homes sit empty for part of the year. Smart security gives you eyes on your property from anywhere.
A Ring doorbell or spotlight cam lets you check on your cabin from your phone, whether you are in Phoenix, Tucson, or out of state. Live view, motion alerts, and recorded video give you peace of mind without being there.
Ordering supplies or furniture shipped to your cabin? A video doorbell shows you exactly when packages are delivered and who is at the door. No more guessing if that delivery made it.
Smart locks let you create temporary codes for cleaners, guests, or maintenance crews. Lock and unlock from your phone. See who entered and when. No more hiding keys under the mat.
I install smart security at cabins while you are away. I send before-and-after photos when the job is done.
Use my online price calculator or call me. Tell me which devices you want installed and where. Send photos of the install locations if you can.
I send you a clear quote with the exact price. No hourly guessing. No surprise add-ons. You approve the price before I schedule anything.
I mount the devices, connect them to your Wi-Fi, configure motion zones, and test every feature. I leave your home clean and your devices working.
You get before-and-after photos of every install. Everything is covered by my 2-year workmanship warranty. If something I installed fails, I fix it.
Not sure if your project fits? Send me the details and I will let you know.
“Jonathon was terrific. He spent 6 days moving electrical, hanging TV’s, two new sinks, moving the plumbing around to fit the new sinks, hung 5 new ceiling fans, changed out all the door locks, put in a Ring doorbell, etc, etc, etc.. There is nothing he can’t do. I highly recommend him for all your needs.”

Yes. Many cabin owners ship the Ring doorbell to the property and I handle the rest. I install it, connect it to your Wi-Fi, set up motion zones, test the live view, and send you before-and-after photos. You can start monitoring from wherever you are.
Yes. Ring Floodlight Cam installation runs $75-$125. I replace your existing outdoor light fixture with the floodlight cam, connect the wiring, mount it at the right angle, and configure the Wi-Fi and motion zones. An existing electrical box is required.
Yes. I install smart locks and keypad deadbolts on standard residential doors. Pricing varies by lock type and door prep needed. This is popular with cabin owners who want to give access codes to guests or cleaners without handing out physical keys.
No. I install Ring doorbells, floodlight cams, spotlight cams, security cameras, and smart locks. I do not install commercial surveillance systems, full alarm panel wiring, or multi-camera security setups. If your project is a single camera, doorbell, or smart lock install, I am a great fit.
Yes. I serve both Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low for all smart home and security installations. Same flat-rate pricing, same 2-year warranty, no travel surcharge.
Yes. Smoke and CO alarm installation is $50 per unit. I install hardwired and battery-operated detectors, test them, and make sure placement meets safety recommendations. This is a common add-on for cabin owners getting their property updated.
