Constant Dripping
A dripping faucet wastes water and wears out internal components faster. If tightening or replacing the cartridge doesn’t stop it, the faucet itself needs replacing.
Low Water Pressure
Mineral buildup and corroded internals restrict water flow over time. If cleaning the aerator doesn’t help, the faucet body is likely the problem.

Kitchen faucet replacement starts at $125. Bathroom faucets run $125-$150 depending on the type (single-handle vs. widespread). If angle stops need replacing at the same time, expect $175-$225 total. Price confirmed before work starts. You supply the faucet or I source it at cost.
A standard faucet swap takes about 30-60 minutes. If the angle stops also need replacing, or if the old connections are corroded, it may take up to 90 minutes.
You can buy it yourself or I can source it at cost. Most homeowners pick up a faucet from a local store or order one online. I install whatever brand and style you choose.
Kitchen faucets are $125. Bathroom faucets are $150 since they usually involve more connection work.
Angle stops are the shutoff valves under your sink that control water flow to the faucet. If yours are old gate-style valves that are stiff, leaking, or won’t fully shut off, I recommend replacing them with modern quarter-turn valves during the faucet install. Adds about $75 to the job.
