Toilet repairs and full replacements for homes and cabins. Internal parts, wax rings, supply lines, or complete swap. From $125.
Two options based on what your toilet needs. Most running toilets are a parts fix. Cracked bowls, rocking toilets, or old units get a full swap.
Prices are for labor. You supply the toilet or we source it at cost.
A toilet that won’t stop running usually means the fill valve or flapper is failing. Wastes water and drives up your bill until it’s fixed.
If the toilet rocks when you sit down, the wax ring or flange has likely failed. Left alone, this can cause water damage to the subfloor.
A cracked toilet bowl or tank can’t be repaired. Replacement is the only fix. Even hairline cracks can leak and worsen over time.

Toilet repair (internal parts like fill valve, flapper, flush valve, handle) starts at $125-$175. A full toilet replacement runs $225-$325. Prices are for labor only, confirmed before work starts. You supply the toilet or we source it at cost.
If the issue is a running toilet, weak flush, or leaking handle, a repair is usually all you need. If the bowl or tank is cracked, the base is rocking on a failed wax ring, or the toilet is 20+ years old and constantly needing fixes, replacement is more cost-effective long term.
Most internal repairs take 30-45 minutes. A full toilet replacement, including removing the old toilet, replacing the wax ring, setting the new toilet, connecting the supply line, and testing, typically takes 1-2 hours.
We remove the old toilet, replace the wax ring and closet bolts, set and level the new toilet, connect the supply line, test the flush cycle, check for leaks at the base and supply connection, and clean up the work area. Old toilet removal and disposal included.
Yes. A failed wax ring is one of the most common reasons a toilet rocks or leaks at the base. We pull the toilet, replace the wax ring (or install a wax-free gasket), reset the toilet, and test for leaks. This is included in a full replacement and can also be done as a standalone repair.
