Yes. A large portion of our work is for cabin and vacation homeowners who are not on-site. We coordinate access, complete the work, and send you before-and-after photos so you know exactly what was done. You don’t need to be here.
Whatever works for you. Lockbox codes, hidden keys, garage codes, or a neighbor with a spare. We confirm access details before the scheduled date and let you know once we’re inside and when we’ve locked up and left.
We serve Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low, Arizona. Same flat-rate pricing in both communities, no travel surcharges.
